I have had Terminex for several years, they put vapor barrier down in my crawl space the service was great, the only complaint I have is this past year when it was time for my spraying to be done there was always a excuse and wanted to reschedule, and I work night shifts and would always get up waiting on them to only find out they wanted to reschedule again.They need reliable people who is going to do the job, or have someone on stand bye if that tech can't make it that day due to whatever it is!! So today after years of service enough was enough I canceled my services.

Doug McManus was fantastic to work with. He was prompt, professional, and very thorough in his assessment. He explained everything clearly and offered fair pricing with no pressure. His customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I want to give Bryan Garris a big shout out. Bryan has been our Terminix service professional for several years now. In that time he’s become a friend of ours. He does a great job every time he shows up. He’s always been on time and never misses an opportunity to take the time and just be friendly. To some people this might not be that impressive, but in a time when good customer service is slowly disappearing, it’s refreshing to work with someone that genuinely cares for what they do. He takes pride in his work and he’s super good at it and extremely knowledgeable. There are other pest control companies out there that would do the same type of work at a lesser price, we looked around. However, Bryan is the main reason we continue with Terminix (this is NOT a dig on Terminix) . Terminix has been around for a LONG time so they know what they’re doing and they’re good at it. Their customer service has always been spot on. We hope that Terminix recognizes how much of an asset Bryan is to the company.

I shopped for pest and termite services in the Lancaster, SC area. Terminix was price competitive. Communication with staff was/is excellent. They are one of the few termite service providers that include home damage warranty in the event of termite infestation. The service technician was prompt, friendly and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like Terminix was a good choice, given their national status. After the service call, I am very happy with my decision and recommend Terminix to anyone looking for this type service.
