Excellent work and customer service! Trustworthy and reliable! I had termites, and they came out and treated. They said to call in 6 months to inspect. I have been using Sun City pest control for about 15 years now. We followed our pest guy, Robert, over to them when he left the company we previously used. We continued to get the great service Robert had always given us, only now we were getting it at a great rate! A few years later, Robert left Sun City, and the profession altogether, to pursue another career path. It took going through a couple of different employees to find another good fit, but we couldn't be happier now being on Preston's route! I would highly recommend Sun City for their professionalism and affordability, and further recommend Preston for his professionalism, his knowledge base, and for being so personable with the customer.

Worse experience ever!!! Detected termites in my house and since I was still under warranty due to being a new construction, I called Sun City for retreatment. They "treated" and a few months later, I detected termite activity inside the house once again! Whatever chemical they used was completely ineffective! So I call them back to retreat and they refused to treat my interior walls. They wanted to charge me because my warranty had lapsed. So I had to pay now due to their inefficiency and negligence. Their supervisor showed up to my house today and not only was he the rudest... he even raised his voice at us! The nerve! Horrible service!!
