I recently received pest and rodent services from Spartan Pest, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I called them at 9:30 PM, and they immediately answered and were willing to provide emergency services. Instead, we scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM the next morning. Rudy arrived right on time, provided a detailed estimate, and pointed out areas of concern where rodents could enter, such as small holes around the property. Not only did he treat for rodents, but he also sealed all potential entry points to prevent future issues. Rudy was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. He gave me the best deal compared to everyone else I contacted, along with a generous discount. He also quoted me for future pest control services so I can keep my home protected. Highly recommend Spartan Pest for their responsiveness, thorough work, and excellent customer service!

Rudy, our exterminator, was professional and friendly. He was very thorough in answering all our questions about infestations, the process of fumigation methods, and the service he performed. He is knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. I highly recommend him for those who are looking for pest control services.

Quick Context: In 2021, I used Spartan Termites to remediate pests upon buying my home. In 2023, I had them back out as part of our warranty to address some termite damage that emerged. The representative came out and was dismissive, all but refusing to treat. The advice given was: "You have ants, so let the ants eat the termites." This rubbed me the wrong way as a provider who was legally obligated to treat termites was not upholding their end of the deal. Issue: I reached out to Spartan on 1/21/25 via email requesting that they come out to address additional termite damage we found in our laundry room, and expressing that I felt blown off last time they were out, and would like to have it treated this time. They proceeded to email me back: 1) An apology for my experience, then 2) Inform me that the warranty has expired (fine, I didnt realize), and 3) offer to come treat at a cost, which is fair. I then declined, expressing that I will opt to pay another company given my previous experience with them, and as an executive in Retail, suggested improved customer experience would have retained me. My verbatim response: "Ok thanks Cody, I’ll pay another group based on my initial experience with you all. Really should work on the customer experience if you want repeat customers. " Cody's series of emailed responses them became rude, incredibly unprofessional, and mocking my original experience with them. Verbatim response on 1/21 at 7:55PM: "Thanks, Matt. I’ll take that into consideration for future clients. In the meantime don’t worry about your termites. Just let the ants eat them. You’ll be just fine." I would not trust this company around my dog, let alone my house and kids. beware!
