Mark came all the way to Stanley ND on a weekend to help us with bat removal in a home we had just purchased. He was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, fairly priced, had great equipment ect.. He successfully removed all of our bats without harming any of them. Mark even did some temporary repairs to our eaves and chimney until we could have a permanent repair done and made a 2nd trip back to check up on the situation to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Mark / Runyan's!

Mark is one of the most unique guys you will ever meet. I instantly liked him. He has a love and respect for animals that makes him perfect for the wonderful job he does. You are not going to find another person who has the personality and devotion to his career that Mark has. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with critters! He's one of a kind.

Mark was AWESOME! We ended up having a few bats get in. He checked out our whole place and the roof. Although we never found anymore bats, he took the time to go up on the roof and identify all the trouble spots that he could picture them going in and did the repairs. He then took the time to explain to us what to watch out for in the future. He couldn't have been any nicer to work with!!!!! If you have a critter issue let him know and he will take care of you!

Runyan’s 24/7 emergency service is a lifesaver! He was over in less than 20 minutes to help us get a bat out of our house. He was extremely professional and eager to come to help us out even though it was pretty late at night.

Worst service. He was quick to come to our place every time we called but my son did all the work. He threw stuff around, broke an expensive electric tool my son owned & never once checked to see if the vermin were gone. Guess what? They weren’t. There was a nest of babies we had to catch that “WE” set free. For all that Runyan’s charged a very high fee! Will never call Runyan’s again! I paid the excessive fee but the payment I made kept on coming back to as return to sender. The dude sent me to collections. Why would anyone keep returning my payments? You’re better off going to police & getting traps for free & doing it yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
