STOP SCROLLING reviews and go with Rottler! TL;DR: Go with Rottler and save your research time. They evicted mice (and insulation) from my huge attic, cleaned it/added new insulation, and have me covered for pest control. DAY 1 of 5 — MICE EVICTION. Technicians arrived early and set up quickly. They detailed the day’s work, answered my questions, shared updates, and provided a end-of-day summary. Before leaving, they established a start time for the next day and highlighted that I can track their arrival in order to best plan my morning. This means so much knowing that I have a professional and knowledgeable team with a solid plan for a 3-day job (remove soiled and infested attic insulation, clean and sanitize everywhere, seal air gaps, and load in new insulation with insecticide). DAY 2 - Covering a 3,100 square foot attic with decades old insulation filled with who knows what takes a good amount of time. Eric and Sam kept me updated every step of the way! They were ready to put in the work to get every last piece of “dirty” insulation out. We discussed the original timeline and worked out what they and the machine were capable of. I recommended that Erik and Sam carry that information back to their supervisors so they can dial in what the vacuum is capable of doing per hour. The hope is to provide more accurate timelines moving forward. I understand these things happen and vacuums can clog up now and then. Half the attic is done! Also requested whole home pest control service and that’s where Bob comes in: Bob either is or needs to be your “pest control guy!” Bob showed up two minutes before the scheduled time and I met him in the driveway. It was immediately evident after meeting my “mice eviction crew” the previous day that Bob was showing the same level of professionalism and commitment to his craft. He had his full kit prepared and immediately got the rundown of the area. He covered everything inside and out, from ceiling to finished basement and all around the exterior. Bob is very knowledgeable about his materials and technique which was very important when considering the safety of my 4 dogs. I finally have someone with an attention to detail and that I can rely on for any issue! DAY 3 - More vacuuming. DAY 4 - More vacuuming. DAY 5 - 🎉🎉🎉 Disinfection and sanitization day. Blew in 24 inches of new insulation (R-50) coated with a little anti-rodent mix. As they did every day, cleaned up the entire workspace, led me through a tour of the attic work, and shook my hand before heading out. Quality people providing quality service!

We had a bat in our house and was able to remove it. We called Rottler and Blake came out to do a full inspection to make sure there were no others. He was prompt, very thorough, and very professional in his inspection. Luckily, there were no others!! He came back a couple of days later to seal up any openings to prevent it from happening again.
