    For the first time ever, I had a baby bird fall out of the nest on my porch. It was only days old and I had no idea what to do. It was shaking & clearly could not fend for itself. I went to the internet for help and found Rite Way thanks to the reviews about saving birds. I kept it warm as instructed until someone came to get it within the hour. The representative I spoke with was very caring, patient, and understood my concerns. She gave me reassurance that it would be okay and would be taken to the best place possible to be rehabilitated. The boys that picked it up clearly love animals and I definitely felt like I made the best choice for the bird. Thank you, Rite Way!

    I can't say enough great things! I called them five minutes before they closed to come help me save a grounded hawk in my front yard. She was tired, overheated, and very thirsty. I was extremely worried about her... but they came out and contained her humanely, and now she is on her way to a raptor recovery center. I am so thankful for their help and professionalism!

    I could not write a more favorable review of this company. When dealing with issues with animals, I would imagine that it would be a whole lot easier to find a company that would catch and kill the problem. THIS company is committed to getting the creatures out of your home or business and into the places where they actually belong (and doing what is needed to ensure that such critters can't get back in). Rite Way often goes well out of their way to ensure that they have addressed customers' concerns and achieved the results that were promised. And if that wasn't enough, the commitment and integrity of Rite Way's management could not be any more apparent, and that is the kind of company I would always want to do business with.

    I highly recommend Rite way services. I was hearing stomping and scratching noises in my attic at night and it was keeping me from getting a good night's sleep. I contacted Rite way and they came out the next morning. Elijah and Alonzo were very knowledgeable and informed me that rat and squirell seemed to be sharing the space. The team did a walk around my property and sealed off all possible entrance into home. The last time I heard noises in my attic it was rite way fixing the issue. Problem solved!!!!!

    When we first got in contact with this company, I had made an initial contract for them to come out and check the chimney because that’s where we were hearing noises. I never received a call back in a storm came through so after the storm I reached back out to the company to see if they can come out the contract was supposed to be for the chimney and I added on our attic. The first guy who came out he was very informative and very helpful, but then, after that, they started sending their technicians who was not helpful at all About two or three appointments in I started to ask my husband. When are they gonna check the chimney? He said he would ask him the next time. So far they have sat down traps , so the next time the guys came back they stayed maybe six minutes. I told them that I was hearing noises coming from the chimney at 2 AM through 4 AM in the morning and I even showed the guy a video. It was a black older gentleman. He tells me that he’s gonna go to the roof the next time he comes out and that it was probably just a squirrel. I guess my husband ran into them while they were trying to leave and talk to them so that’s when they decided that they were gonna go up on the roof and check. Fast-forward, I decided that I wanted to Break my contract with this company because nobody was listening to me. I’m still hearing noises coming from the chimney. I call and spoke to a lady on the phone and I’m expressing my frustration at this point I’m angry and I’m going off. I told her that the amount of money that we were spending and the timeframe that they’re doing this is unnecessary. No one was listening to what I was saying , and they haven’t came back out to do anything else and at this point It was getting frustrating because money doesn’t go from trees, and if I’m paying the price that I’m paying, I expect you to be out and do your job.The lady on the phone, she understood my frustration. She asked me has a technicians came by because they have already marked off that they had went by my house that day . I told her no one has stopped by today so she said she was going to get somebody out there. The technicians did come out to the house that day. Fast forward to today it is going on three weeks and no one has came out again. The last thing they were supposed to do was fumigate. We haven’t heard from them until yesterday 3/26/25 They call my husband and said that they thought that we were done. My thing is though I said, I wanted to break my contract with them that was after I contacted and talk to the girl and she informed me that I would still have to pay a certain amount . I told her if I was paying that amount then I might as well continue on and let you guys do what you’re supposed to be doing. Not only that, but after I told her that the price that we’re paying for the service does not match because nobody has been out to help she told me that And I quote “you do not have to pay the company back if you chose not to , we have a lot of customers who do not pay us back.” I don’t understand why someone who works with a company would say something like that. But that just had me baffled. I just want somebody to come out and do the job correctly, especially if I’m paying this money for them to do it again it’s been three weeks and no one has came out to fumigate and no one has contacted me, And every time they say they’re going to call back no one ever calls back. Not mention, like I said, before our contract was supposed to be for the chimney and the attic, but apparently the last woman that worked for them who set up the contract failed to put that we wanted our chimney checked as well and that’s why they haven’t been checking the chimney where the noises have been coming from. I don’t understand how they have 4.9 stars because this whole process has been drawn out frustrating in the amount of money that we’re supposed to be paying is ridiculous and nothing is getting done.
