Dominic was very professional and knowledgeable, as were the last two agents. He communicated what he was going to do for me today. 1) I didn’t think about the pellets “not” being spread until I went out to take a pic for my review. Dominic did explained why he couldn’t and the last agent didn’t go under my deck. 2) Even though I was originally told that the wasp nest would be removed and spot sprayed, so the wasp would not rebuild. Those reasons are why I gave four stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ So now need to request a manger/supervisor to come out and do that part🤷🏽‍♀️ Maybe it should’ve been 3 1/2 since now I have to schedule and wait for someone to come out.
