Wonderful service!!! We had some noise and scratches in our ceiling and walls. We were looking for a service around here and no one would take care of in case it was a raccoon. We called Reliable, John picked up the phone. Sounded very professional and experienced just from our short description he had an assumption. The moment he arrived, he spotted immediately the entry hole of the animal gave us an estimate and left without putting any pressure! We called him back and they came that same day and placed a one way tunnel! The noise was gone that same night after a few weeks of living in our ceilings! On top of that, he fixed something else to make sure the animal cannot get in to our baby’s room closet at no additional cost! They came back after some time, removed the tunnel and put a double screen to prevent ANY animal to get in!

We are so impressed and grateful for Reliable responding promptly to our concerns. My neighbors and I saw an adult raccoon on my deck last night. Reliable professionals came and removed any possible temptation, and even cleaned up the area. They visually inspected my whole house, from near and far, including the roof and chimney, and assured me that no raccoon infestation was inside my home.
