Ivan called ahead and gave me two options for time of service which was greatly appreciated. He walked through what services he would perform today and asked for any concerns that I had in particular. Was quick but not hurried, then notified me when he was done and then made some suggestions about protecting myself against the rodent concerns in our neighborhood. Thanks Ivan!

The woman I spoke with between 807 and 815 am was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please teach her some respect for your customers. I give what I receive. And she started with an attitude because I had questions regarding the traps in home. I said ok thank you and ended the call because I assumed we agreed a service tech would call me. She called me back to say you hung up on me. No I did not. And she should have never called a customer to that accusing me of that. I’m dealing with a death in the family I don’t need your rude employee calling me saying this to me and causing me more stress over servicing my second house that I have with your company.

I had a great experience with the pest control technician (Anthony) who serviced my home yesterday. He was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to ask questions and really listen to what I needed. He was approachable, professional, and made me feel confident that the job was being done thoroughly. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend him to others!

Where do I begin. I recently had my home sprayed by Pointe Pest Control. From the moment the tech contacted me about his arrival time, through the duration and the completion of his service, he was a pleasure to work with.
