So impressed with the quality of work and how thorough they are with the product. We live in a high rise building and weren’t able to use our balcony or open our windows last year due to spiders. This year I got a same day appointment and haven’t seen 1 spider. Very reasonably priced with a second visit included and a 45 day warranty — will definitely be doing business with Pest Control Chicago from now on. Tony is super friendly, professional, and quick.

I had mice in my kitchen and attic for weeks, and at first I caught a bunch with glue mouse traps. However they kept coming and getting smart.I finally called Pest Control Chicago, and I wish I had done it sooner. The technician arrived on time, explained where the mice were getting in, and sealed everything up properly. They set traps, cleaned out the droppings, and followed up a week later to make sure everything was clear. Haven’t seen or heard a single mouse since. Professional, thorough, and worth every dollar. Highly recommended if you’re dealing with rodents!

Most importantly he took his shoe booties on and off when entering and exiting my home. I only gave 4 stars because I don't know the outcome of the service. In 30 days, I will update my stars based on the outcome of the service.

They came and got the rats and bats from out my garage, cand basement, and the service was excellent, very nice and professional service. They even felt my son feel safe and secure and unworried while handling the situation.

Called on a Saturday morning at 8:30 for a rodent issue. They went out to the unit within an hour to figure out the rodent issue. The guy who picked up the call was the one who showed up. Don’t know his name but he kept me updated on the situation since I wasn’t at the unit. Excellent communication. Will come back and update the rating if the rodent issue doesn’t get resolved. Otherwise, excellent service.

Call them about fleas, and they came the same day. The team inspected, treated, and explained what to expect afterwards.

So apparently the only way I can get his attention is by leaving a bad review. Paid for the service nothing changed he stopped answering then I left a review and he came back but the problem isn’t solved. He guarantees the service. If you can’t guarantee something don’t false advertise. Hopefully you can come back and fix the issue that I paid for.
