From the moment I made the phone call to one of there call centers (based nationally in the USA) there customer service skills were amazing. I believe the gentleman’s name was Mike, in GA. Great at his job, laid all of my options of what services they could provide my family given our circumstances. He gave me my options clear and concise and for me. A longer term agreement was the clear choice. Our Technician or exterminator, reached out a couple days prior to our treatment, and ensured that the call center was thorough in there pre treatment preparations. And laid out what things would look like for us. He showed up right on time which was amazing, and he was very descriptive about what things would look like when we arrived back home as he would need to move most of our furniture around. All around amazing service and was treated like I was apart of there family the moment they interacted with me. Very satisfied with the customer service. Given that we’re dealing with fleas currently I’m glad they’ll come back at the first sign of them coming back. They can be the worst! But if in the next couple weeks my families no longer being attacked by fleas (fur babies included) and they start tackling the rodent problem that ramps up every winter. Chances are I’ll be a long term Orkin member! for the price, it’s really not that bad, and it’s so worth my peace of mind and sanity. Thanks Orkin!

I had a great first experience with Shawn. We received a notice when he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative, taking the time to listen to our concerns and asking if anything had changed since we last spoke. He clearly explained the next steps and how things would move going forward. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.

I purchased a used RV from a reputable dealer. Less than a week later, I discovered the RV was infested with bedbugs. Orkin was the only exterminator that would address this issue in an RV. Their staff, from the person answering the telephone, the inspector, and the technician were all incredibly professional, kind, and compassionate throughout the experience. We’ve only had the first of three treatments, so we will have to determine the efficacy of the service after that, but for now I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

10/31/2025 Update: Orkin consistently shows up when scheduled, notifies you when they are approx 10 minutes from your property and have been very efficient and professional. I really appreciate Orkin and their staff. I always know what is being applied to my home, any activity noticed and they even take care of those weird tiny black flies/spiders that collect and web under the house eves. They even make sure my pets are sequestered and what time I can bring them out of seclusion. The only regret is I didn’t use them way sooner than I did they have surpassed the other extermination companies, some independent and some national I have used in the past. I highly recommend them and if you aren’t satisfied they will work with you on getting to a good place. Pre- Oct 2025 Orkin showed up on time, reviewed the plan for the initial evaluation, cost and what would be the schedule moving forward. No surprises everything checked out and was in synch with the phone call to get the appointment on the calendar. Once on sight the staff moved efficiently throughout the house, attic, crawl space and outside the foundation. I was so surprise with how quickly they worked and how thoroughly they covered all of my concerns. I have pets so it was important for me to know how the chemical could affect them and what precautions I needed to take. They explained everything completely to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and I have tried several always thinking that I would go with “xyz” rather than Orkin because Orkin would be too expensive. Turns out that hasn’t been the case at all and Orkin has been completely transparent on their costs, services and scheduling. If I had it to do all over again starting a decade ago I would go straight to Orkin! I highly recommend them I am duly impressed and that’s a hard accomplishment for me. Go with Orkin you won’t be sorry!!

Alex and Edgar did an excellent job. They explained everything and were very thorough. Alex was knowledgeable and very professional. His goal was to make me happy and went the extra mile in changing lightbulbs under the house and cleaning up messes the mice had made! These young men were a pleasure to work with and visit with. I would highly recommend them to others!
