I can't say enough about how great O2 Termite is! We just moved to the area, bought a new house, and needed to have it fumigated for termites. Bob was so helpful in explaining our treatment options and answering ALL of my questions. He is knowledgeable without the slightest hint of condescension! I definitely never felt pressured or "sold to" by him when discussing our treatment options. His price was also very competitive with other estimates I had gotten. Ultimately, we chose O2 Termite because Bob was so responsive *and* he was the lowest bidder. We ended up having the house tented and fumigated. His crew did such an excellent job. I moved potted plants away from the house as instructed and I returned to the house after fumigation was completed to discover that they had kindly moved everything back for me! What service! There was even a trellised grape vine on the corner of my porch that I had gently "unattached" from the trellis wires and laid across the ground so that it wouldn't be under the tent and possibly be killed by the fumigation process. Someone on Bob's crew had gently reattached and secured it back to the trellis! How can you not love a company that cares as much about your property as you do? I highly recommend these guys- knowledgeable, professional, affordable!
