I know people already rave about Dana Mucky Boot Pest Control but I’m here to rave even more. We had invasive Starlings nest in this dryer vent, easily 25’ in the air on the side of our house. I called around and was quoted $500+ for the removal…🤮 I called Dana on a Sat, he answered my call and gave me a quote over the phone (SIGNIFICANTLY less than $500) and he came out on Monday. He was honest, reliable and did an amazing job. He also did a discreet job of not telling my family exactly what was happening to the babies which I’m MORE THAN GRATEFUL for! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him!

We've tried working with Mucky Boot Pest Control. We've sent multiple texts and called multiple times to try and get them to perform on services we're owed. Between poor communication and unfinished services, I am having a hard time giving more than 2 stars. Edit: Moving up to 5 stars. The owner has been consistent over the last year with every service we've been paying for. I can confidently say that the track record speaks for itself at the point.

Dan returned my call promptly and, despite being out of town on vacation, spent significant time on the phone with me. He carefully listened to my concerns, analyzed the situation, and even reviewed the videos I sent. Thanks to his expertise, we determined that a bird or squirrel was likely on the roof interfering with my solar panels. Dan's guidance was invaluable. He recommended installing Critter Guards to prevent animals from nesting under the panels or damaging the wiring. Thank you, Dan, for going above and beyond during the holiday season! Your professionalism and dedication are truly impressive.

Dana was fast to come out and check on our pest problem. He took time to walk around the house and identify any problem areas that we might have. His knowledge and efficiency was impressive and we will be using them again if needed.

We had such a positive experience with Dana. We’d reached out to several people this past weekend and he was the only one to pick up the phone (we would’ve called him first, but weren’t sure he’d service our city since it’s a little far from him!) He was thorough in helping us identify the issue (a bird in our vent) and prompt in when he said he’d be able to come. He even gave us actionable steps we could take until he got here.
