In particular, Kylar went above and beyond the last time he came to our property, noticing we had a new playset in our yard for my son and going out of his way to be sure to spray it thoroughly for pests without being asked to do so. I’ve now been a customer for several years. First and foremost our technician has always shown up on time for quarterly treatments and always gives a heads up when on the way. I’ve never once had to remind them of routine service. And I greatly appreciate the fact that our price has not changed in those several years! We have twice requested interior warranty services and they are always extremely helpful and responsive. Our regular technician Alan is great, and does a very thorough job. One of the things I appreciate most is their honesty with certain pests that they can’t include in their warranty (although very few). I’d much rather them be up front rather than say they can guarantee something they can’t. They always have good suggestions even with these trickier pests. Overall highly recommend this company.

Luis was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Once we found out we had unwanted “guests” they were out to take care of it within 2 days. Really impressed.

He walked me through everything in great detail and was super informative without ever being pushy about services — which I really appreciated, especially since I have a stone foundation. He even took care of a mouse that had gotten caught in one of my traps, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend!
