On the initial visit by Michael’s, the technician immediately identified a mouse problem. Areas of entrance were sealed off and traps were installed in the attic and basement areas. Several return visits were scheduled; all with the same efficient and very capable technician. I was impressed with the customer service I was given during these visits as well as on any phone calls made to the Company. I would thoroughly recommend Michael’s as a very knowledgeable and reliable business.

We have been customers of Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services for years. LOVE this company! The customer service is world class, you get a return call within minutes but rarely need to leave a message unless it is past business hours. Maureen and Brian have been patient, thorough and very responsive with any questions or concerns we may have. Our account is always well documented and the scheduling of quarterly appointments is always seamless. Honestly the best pest control around!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I know that word gets overused but I have to say this is the second time using Michael's and they couldn't be a more efficient and better pest service. Matthew was the consummate pro, couldn't have been nicer too. Very thorough and even took care of a huge wasps nest that wasn't on the original ask. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times. -Eamonn Murphy

We had a problem with carpenter ants and Yellowjackets; Michael’s took care of these problems in a timely and efficient manner. Their serviceman was prompt, explained what was needed, answered our questions and solved both problems. This seems to be a very well run business

Do not use this company for carpenter bees. What began as a heartfelt gesture of “call us if they come back”, quickly turned into “we can’t help you “. Upon canceling the service, we had another visit. We politely notified the technician that the service was canceled, and declined the visit. The next season, we received another visit. Again, we politely decided the service. This company had our credit card on file and charged each time service came, and was refused. I disputed the charge, and we were threatened to be sent to collections. And then we were sent to collections. We used Michael’s service for a few years. And felt bullied by cancelling their service. The technicians were great, polite, and courteous. But the lady in the office was terrible. In a business that should strive toward excellence, she failed miserably. All is well until it’s not. Try someone else, in my experience.
