We've used Mainely Ticks for over 8 years and have been satisfied with their service and would have happily given them 5 stars, however it appears that they have launched an AI text campaign that is relentless. I called the office three times (and left messages) to verify whether or not the text was actually from the company and finally got a hold of someone today. They confirmed that it was them and they're using bots to send the messages. AI has a lot of advantages but persistently texting your clients is not one of them.

The technician announced his arrival as scheduled. We went over the concerns I had and then thoroughly applied the application on the the lawn, perimiter and stone wall. He left a sign on the lawn with the details of his application. He was very nice and professional as was the office when answering questions about the product and application. Oh, they have been reasonable and consistent on price.

Mainely Ticks is the BEST. We live in Cape Elizabeth and our yard backs into the woods. Add to that a long haired dog and it’s a recipe for disaster. Mainely Ticks comes by seasonally to spray and even helped us by coming twice in one season (complimentary) when we had an extra bad tick year. It’s given us a lot of peace of mind to not have to check our dog and daughter every time they step outside. 10/10 recommend.

If you're not using their services, you're missing out. Outstanding service! Always come when they say, and always have properly treated our property!

Really happy with their customer service as I had to call the other day with lots of questions. The woman I spoke with was patient and had all the answers I needed as well as some solutions I hadn't thought about. Their service overall is so customizable and that's really why I choose to use them. I've always been extremely satisfied with their product and the results we get. All around they make it super easy to enjoy your property all season long! Highly recommend!
