Beware this company and their door-to-door salesman claiming false guarantees, as well as their treatment will wreck your baseboards. Last summer we had a door-to-door sales man make their pitch for the company to service our home, “100% money back guarantee as long as you try 4 services and 2 follow ups,” he said. I told him to add that to the contract if that was the case and then I would agree to give them a try. Flash forward 4 services and 2 follow ups later and all of our baseboards got stained from an interior spray treatment follow up and we still have many bugs. After complaining twice about the baseboard and following up SEVERAL times looking for an answer, TWO months later I get a final answer and the company agreed to pay for a painter to fix our baseboards…. But I had to find the painter and get them a quote as they were too busy and didn’t have the time. The company is also stating that the salesman’s claimed false guarantees that don’t follow their policy in their pitch and refused to give us our 100% money back guarantee even though I had the original contract that showed where the salesman additionally wrote, “interior warranty”. The company is telling me they will not be hiring that salesman back again and will be taking back his commission earned on the sale, yet says their administration office does not believe me that the conversation was had in order to honour my 100% satisfaction guarantee. How does that make sense? Insight Pest Solutions needs to train their employees to be an honest face of their company and not just make up false guarantees and add words to contracts just to make a quick sale and when your salesman DO make false guarantees you need to stand by the promises that your company made and do right by the customer. Insight Pest Solutions needs to train their technicians so that they know how to properly complete an interior spray before they go into a home and wreck/stain baseboards. Not a good look for this company in my eyes, they are a scamming company and have shown the worst display of customer service I have ever seen. Do not book their services.

I called Insight initially because I wanted spider spraying. They came and showed me other issues, specifically rodent activity in my garage and around my deck. I have been using them for 2 years now. Recently Michael D. came for the quarterly check up, and repaired a chewed end of the rubber seal on my garage door, as well as the regular services. Always polite, respectful and informative. This company is highly recommended. I like the fact that they come to the door when they arrive - and when they are finished the service.
