These guys were called out by my rental company and they did an amazing job! Unfortunately my only baby gate was broken in the process but I reported the damage to them and they replaced it at no cost on my end

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh. I am not one to deal with bugs nor do I deal with things I can easily pay someone else to deal with. That being said, every interaction with this company has been great. His response time to messages and inquiries is impeccable, he gets to you quickly, explains everything / answers every question, and communication is top tier. I've written exactly (0) reviews on any company in the last three years, but I just had Josh with Herman Pest Control out again for a new issue (there's been several). This time was for about 2,500 Yellowjackets that made their way into my sprinkler remote valve enclosure. I'm always amazed by his excellent communication, expeditious attention of my concerns - from arrival to "issue 100% resolved" - and the value of his services. I now have him out for every pest, rodent, insect, etc. concern I have - including preventative! Any service he provides, he's my "guy!" A++++

Crazy fast response time and very professional. We noticed a hornets nest in a tree above our driveway and he was here within an hour of first contact. He eliminated our problem quickly and even asked if my kids wanted to check out the nest after he removed it. We would happily use his services again and highly recommend him!
