Excellent experience from initial call setting up appointment to completion of treatment for bees. Service Technician Charles Mack is a seasoned professional. He answered all my questions and explained the entire process as he went about doing the application. I am sure all the technicians are great. Zachery Bocchieri was very professional and informative. He took time looking at the outside and inside of the house.He explained he would spray the outside entry point to kill the wasps. I felt very confident he had had a lot of experience. Before he left, he reminded me about the 30 day guarantee and to call if the wasps returned. I did find a few live and dead wasps in the same room a few weeks later. I called Free Pest Solutions and they promptly sent Zachery out the next day. This company gave excellent service.
