Great communication regarding appointment. The Eric the tech showed up on time. He was very friendly. He took care of our need and was done quickly. He checked with us before he left and explained what he actually did. We were very happy with the service

Bugs still rampant after the spray. Had a termite inspection. Told us this tree had termites right by our house. And wanted us to buy a $1700 treatment. Tech only showed a picture of the dirt never took us out there directly. Told us multiple times not to go out to look at the tree. We looked the moment she left and there were NO termites. And still none weeks later.

Quinn was our service man here at 2062 Gemstone Dr., Walla Walla Jay and Vickie Rogers. He did a great job very friendly very informative. Tell me what he was gonna do so that was really nice. I haven’t had that before with a different company the super nice kid. Nice guy did a great job. Thank you for sending him.

My parents were at home and they were very pleased with the service, I recived update on arrival and option for real time update. It was easy to set up also. This is the first visit, however i'm impressed with professionalism. I defenetly recommend their service if this is the standard they set .
