Found a snake in our garage late last night. We were lucky to have found Tristan still at work and he agreed to come help us out. After an hour long search, he finally found it's hiding spot and caught it. He made sure we were safe at all times and answered all our questions (a million of them) to put our minds at ease. Ray came out after hours around 10 PM and still provided amazing service. They answered my call right away, gave me a quick quote and ETA, and even explained what to do until he arrived. Once here, he removed the SNAKE in less than 5 minutes and took the time to explain everything about it. I had called another company before, and their quote was $450 with the same ETA. Ray charged $250, which was very reasonable for the time and distance. He did an excellent job, and I definitely recommend Faulkner Pest Defense!
