I had been hearing pigeons on my roof for a few years and didn’t realize there was a solution until someone referred me to Eric! The pigeons are now gone! Eric came out at a moments notice worked into the night to complete the job, I am so very thankful and I highly recommend him!

Very shifty folks. I paid over $1000 for poor job, stolen wrench, stolen extension cord, and very shifty/twitchy employees. Beware of this business. I used Eric's services for critter (pigeon) guard around solar panels in October 2023. First he was not punctual, showing up days late claiming new cell phone. I was asked to purchase materials ahead of time, I did. Eric asked to borrow a wrench and extension cord. Neither of those items were returned, and instead "discounted the price by $100". They also left a visible red anchor on my roof. By April the guards had come apart. Owner Eric sent Brandon to "fix it" under warranty for free. I still paid $100 for their time (via Farewell Birds Venmo). Brandon said everything looked good. But by June, pieces of guarding were flying into my lawn. Brandon said he'd come out again, and strong armed me for a $50 inspection to a new Venmo this time - Brittany Denison. He said he'd have to quote me for a new job, since the original they did was so bad. When following up with Eric last week, he said he fired employee Brandon, but wlcould still send that same employee out to fix it. Eric and new employee "Lisa" promised to fix these issues under warranty last week (July 2024). They made an appointment, rescheduled appointment, and never came. They have not answered my calls or texts since. I still have a half done job. They also quoted my neighbors last October, and never arrived to service. Just poor business all around. When you see this Eric/Brandon/Lisa/Brittany give me a call and maybe we can discuss taking this review down.

Eric did an amazing job removing the pigeon nests from underneath our solar panels and also installing mesh around our panels to prevent future nestings. He was very knowable in the process and was meticulous in his work. His prices were more than fair and saved us money from using Tesla to come back out and install the mesh. Added plus, there was no mess left behind from the mesh or nest. Thank you Eric, we really appreciate you your hard work!

We attempted to use them to address a mice problem, but I can't give an opinion about the quality of their service as they never showed up for an appointment that THEY rescheduled. At least we're not out any money.

I woke up this morning and noticed, not one, but two gigantic hornet's nests in my Maple trees way up high. I called Eric from Farewell Birds and Pest Solutions and he showed up within one hour with a 32 foot ladder and took down the nests. His price was very fair, the service was exceptional. and Eric was very professional. I am really excited to have the name of a great guy for all of my pest control issues from now on! And I hope everyone reading this review will support Eric's business and give him a call.
