Cristobal is awesome, he was very informative and did a great job taking care of all the cob webs around the house. He sprayed around the perimeter of the house to keep those pesky spiders away from the house. I recommend him for anyone who needs this service.

Was marketed to me that they would clean cobwebs from the house from sidewalk to back fence on initial visit. My front area and bushes are still covered with cobwebs and spiders. Edit - tech mentioned he'd have to clean up on a follow up trip. This was only in the invoice section of the app, there was no direct communication to advise me of it.

I arrived back home 2 days after service. I was not impressed. I was told they would scrub the spider webs and brush the little dots that are eggs sacks off of the house. I had a section of the house that I painted yesterday. I had to clean lots of spider webs off of the house. The front porch still has TONS of the little dots on the walls. Not impressed at all.

We just had an excellent experience with Shaggy Norton, of Enviroguard Tri-cities WA today. This is a 30 day follow up house and yard treatment since the initial service from Enviroguard. Shaggy was very detailed, examining all areas a pest could possibly hiding. Technician Shaggy was very knowledgeable in doing his job. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all concerns I had. Not only that, he’s punctuality and professionalism was also impressive. Before he left, he made sure we will give a follow up call to the company if we happen to see bugs in our property after his service, reassuring that bug issues will be resolved.
