This company is wonderful. They are patient, kind and understanding. They are reliable and prompt and very professional. They definitely know what they are doing. I had raccoons and let me tell you that is very scary. They found out where the raccoons were coming in from and set traps. They caught them and were not mean to the raccoons. They are a great family owned business and I definitely recommend them!

We worked with Ed’s at a rental Location when we had a man ant issue and Nick was professional, friendly and informative. We recently bought a home and caught some baby mice so didn’t hesitate to contact Ed’s again. This time a different Nick came by and he was also extremely polite, professional, thorough and walked me through all options. He kept me informed of what he was seeing/doing and answered all questions with patience. What makes us very happy is that they offer “no kill” options and non-toxic chemical options as well.We are going to set up regular maintenance and I highly recommend them for any pest issues you may have.

I called Ed’s for a mouse problem we were having. Megan took my call right away even though it wasn’t yet office hours and called me back to make the appointment as soon as she arrived in the office. She was pleasant and helpful, reassuring me they could help with the problem we were having. Nick came out on the scheduled day, he was professional, on time and did a very thorough job inspecting the house for areas that needed to be closed off and treated inside and outside of the house and even found that we also had carpenter ants and took care of that while he was there. They are a small family owned business and very professional, their response time was fantastic and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Been a customer for a while now and this company is super friendly and affordable! Mike is always extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Always on time and dependable. I also love that whatever they use to spray in my house is non toxic to my pets. Highly recommend!

Super responsive! Called with a party looming in the weekend. Listened to my needs and was very effective in controlling an ant problem and flying insects. My guest had to enjoy the whole evening without a complaint. A big plus is its animal friendly treatment so I didn’t need to worry about my dog.

I had my first service with Chris today for a mouse issue I've been having in my apartment. He was on time, professional and so friendly! I had another company service my apartment last week and they missed obvious holes and issues that Chris was able to find and address. He checked every room and area that may have had issues and took his time explaining what he was putting down to stop the mice. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and will definitely be recommending Ed's to everyone!
