I requested a quote and scheduled an inspection with Central Termite and Pest Control, which was easy to do. The lady on the phone was easy to talk to and polite.. The quote was well priced for pest control and termites. The gentleman who performed the inspection was on time and professional. He was kind and polite to not only me but also my dogs. Questions were easy to ask and were quickly answered. He listened to concerns I had and addressed them. If you're looking for quotes and/or a termite inspection, I do recommend Central Termite and Pest Control.

Damon was our technician and always does a great job as we get just the usual overall pest maintenance service. He is very conscientious and very customer conscious as to what they really need or would like to prevent. He is probably the best technician we have had over the years! He does a great job!

Joe Crocker came out to help us with a plan to deal with our termite issues. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. And my goodness, what a positive and friendly person! As a Texas transplant, I appreciate the warm welcome to our new home. I look forward to working with Central Termite and feel lucky to have found the best company for the job.

Absolutely the worst Company I have ever hired to do anything. From not bringing the right product to treat to not treating all areas that were to be treated. Called to complain and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come back and complete the job, after talking to Joe the Manager I was told it would be a week until they could come out and complete the treatment they did not do outside and in our attic. Lets make it inconvienent for our customers as their time is not valuable to them. If you want incompetence, if you want to waste your time and money then give them a call. As for me I am going to use one of their competitors. I would give them zero stars or negative stars but its not an option.
