Very happy with Bug Out, their service is quick and efficent. A big shout out to Trevor, who could not be nicer and more professional. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing, we had an emergency and he was there within 30 min of my phone call. Great company!

Great experience with all of Bug Out services. Called back in November after buying a new home that had previously had termites. However at inspection we were told the termites were still there. Can’t say enough about Adrian he came out same day we called and he really put us at ease, he did the termite treatment all around the outside. Explaining in great detail how it works. We had said we would be changing out the flooring and we asked if he could come back to treat all the floors once we pulled the old flooring up . He came out as soon as we called . He even treated our mesquite tree because it had beetles. We are using Bug Out now for regular service and have been very happy . Adrian is amazing and all the staff is so pleasant. Never any issues , they show up when they say and are always able to answer questions, everyone is very professional and treat the customer with respect no matter how annoying I am. 😊 We highly recommend Bug Out .

Had this company do a termite treatment,one of their employees stole two boxes of brand new shoes from our open garage,we filed a police report,owner hasn't even contacted us,shady company.
