Patrick came out yesterday to do our yearly inspection. He called to advise us we had a hot water leak under the house. We appreciate their concern and turning off the water until we could get it fixed. Patrick also gave us a follow up call to be sure we took care of the problem. They always do a great job for us. We have been using them for over 20 years! I highly recommend them! Thank you AUTENS!!

They are very thorough with their service. He let me know of a small water leak underneath the house while he was in the crawl space doing an inspection. They are trustworthy and they make sure everything is good to go before they leave the job.
