We had an issue with fleas which we have never had before. After a couple visits the dogs are FLEA FREE !! Thank you FREDDIE and all at APTIVE! Cheers!

I appreciate the effort, but during the cleaning I noticed quite a few cobwebs that were missed. I also would have liked a quick check-in before leaving so any issues could have been addressed on the spot. I think with more attention to detail and better communication, the service could improve. I don’t even know the service techs name.

I swear my previous bug guy was using water! I only saw one cockroach after their visit. They were so knowledgeable about where they hide and where they live. They also sprayed for fleas which was so helpful because we have dogs and a cat. I love that they email me to let me know that my appointment is coming up. I appreciated the text an hour before arrival! I have two happy pooches!

I always appreciate the communication and efforts to provide great services. The technician texts when on the way, and sends me pictures of the treated areas.
