The agent I first spoke with was able to get me an appointment the very next day and work with me to fine an affordable plan. The technician, Rashawn, was super informative and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely use them again.

Aptive is awesome. They’ve taken great care of my gardens, all summer in terms of pest control, and they’re good communicators. Scheduling is easy and they keep me informed. I’ve been very happy with each of their services and I can truly say they go out of their way. Just recently, I asked for help with mice in my basement and they had an immediate solution. Chris, was fantastic, went above and beyond, and was extremely generous with his time. Can’t say enough about this group!

Amazing experience. Pictures and details were given on the treatment of my house. Didn’t even know there were issues but they were found !!

So very well taken care of today by Chris. He explained where we needed to fix holes and showed where he placed traps and sprayed. Very professional, kind, and informative.

I was told the service would be once a month. Not true they can come once every 30 to 60 days and still charge you every 30 days. The 1st 2 times they went around my house for at least 20 minutes. The 2nd two times were not here for more than 5 minutes. What are we paying for? I want to cancel.

Service has been great! Chris has been to my house a few times and he is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing on that day and answer any questions that I have.

The service provider came and went through the house and garage (inside and outside) checking for areas where mice or other small animals could get in. He filled the areas he could and informed me of areas that needed some carpentry work. He was pleasant and thorough.

Very pleased with the service. Don’t see ants, silverfish, spiders since service began. Very thorough when doing applications. Technicians are courteous and let you know when they are on the way.

Not sure how my review comment was deleted and rating changed to five stars but it most definitely wasn't me. I canceled this service. They weren't able to treat my full property for a reasonable price which is fine, I get it, I have a large lot. However, even the small areas they did treat didn't improve. I still had sugar ants in my kitchen after three treatments in the kitchen specifically. I still had carpenter bees in my front porch, even the one I pointed out and asked them to 💀 was still there when I checked, just chillin. I still had wasps in my front bushes. I just decided to stop paying for nothing and do it myself. Curious to see if this gets changed to five stars like the last one.... hmm
