I called American Pest Solutions this morning after discovering a big hornets nest on our house. The operator was excellent, explaining the process and pricing, and booking a 4pm same day appointment. Toby arrived on time as promised and did a phenomenal job explaining the steps involved and getting the job done perfectly. He thoroughly sprayed the nest, repeating the process until he was happy with the result. He showed us the many hornets on the ground as they began to fall, and told us how to knock down and clean up the nest when it was dormant. Toby was great! He was extremely knowledgeable, very diligent, easy to work with, and always professional. I highly recommend American Pest Solutions and Toby!

I like the process they have set up. I feel like they did a really good job of explaining which treatment plan best suited my home. I like that they offer a continuing plan of not just treatment but prevention. Alot of companies I called just offered one time service or yearly service.

Excellent experience having American Pest Services resolve our bees nest issue. We had a bathroom remodeling job scheduled in a week when we noticed heavy bee activity on the outside wall adjacent to the bathroom tub wall. Eric, from American Pest Services, arrived as scheduled and explained possible options. Eric was able to spray over a large area and with a day the bees were gone! All pricing and services were explain prior to work being begun. Both Eric and the office scheduler were excellent. I highly recommend American Pest Services!

Morris was a very pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable person. He did a great job checking all to be sure we were well taken cared of. Morris did all he had to do to be sure all stations were up and going again for our little critters. I recommend Morris anytime to anyone. You have a great employee on your hand.

We are scheduled for regular service quarterly. But American pest went above and beyond ensuring the ant colony was truly gone - and we appreciate their responsiveness and proactivity. We saw an immediate difference after the first treatment and am glad we have them taking care of our home. Would recommend them very highly. Our tech Morris was very friendly and patiently explained the process and tools he was using. He gave us tips for using some low cost tools to combat mice, but I also feel confident that this company will help us severely reduce the mice infestation in the house.

We hired American Pest Solutions to resolve a mouse problem. All their techs have been helpful but Anthony, a member of their management team, was on another level during his visit today.
