I’m sure the company does great service. However, the guy spraying our apartment complex walked into our backyard without giving anyone any notice and scared my pregnant wife half to death. When confronted he didn’t even apologize to her he just said to call our property management company and deal with them. He should’ve at least had the common decency to knock and let people know he’s in the area. Others may not be so kind to such an intrusion.

My tech, Nick, gave me a heads up notification message a full day prior to my pest control service at our apartments. I also asked him for his appraisal on weeds and he will drop by again later this month to spray them. “Price is what you pay; value is what you get.” — *UPDATE - Thank you Nick, for coming back for a touch up service on the weeds!

Spot spray for weed control was sloppy, over spray on chair arms, over spray on grass border, see pictures. Josh appeared to be uninterested in the job at hand. I hope the next visit will be a better experience for myself.
