Akita pest control was great. I was a new customer and they got me on the schedule quickly. Charlie was also fantastic. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly took care of the wasps in my basement!

Nicholas was able to treat our yellow jacket problem quickly and with minimal damage to our wall! He clearly had lots of knowledge on how to proceed in the most efficient way and explained every step before preforming , which we appreciated!

Tim Killed the wasps quickly and efficiently. Also inspected around the house to ensure nothing else was going on. When picking a company to mitigate wasps, I recommend using the company that has one on their cars. See all those dead wasps…. Kinda happy to see them. —— And it’s a year later…. Wasps found a different spot (places previously treated are still good) and Charlie came and doused them with the EPA registered potions and they are dying already. If you have a similar situation, call the team with the wasp on the roof of their car if you want it done right!!!

Charlie was professional and explained the service performed. The old bait stations in our basement were replaced and he sprayed where it was needed. This summer once the treatments began with Akita, we have not seen the nasty pinchers that kept popping up each summer. Thanks to Akita pest for treating our home and providing exceptional service.

Ryan came and made quick work of a huge wasp nest. He was very friendly and kept me apprised of everything he was going to do. He cleaned very thoroughly when he finished removing the nest. All in all, we were very happy with his service and would recommend him and your company to others.

Very unhappy with Akita Pest Control. I pay monthly and have called and emailed them several times for them to STOP using a particular card for payment and they have CONTINUOUSLY done so. I cannot wait until this contact is over. I will never sign up again. The sad part is the field techs are great, but those that work in the office that receives the emails and takes calls , DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! run!

I would like to thank Davon for assisting me with servicing my home. He was professional, informative, and helpful with the process of treating Yellow jacket nest on the inside of the siding of my home. Now just looking forward for the results of the service show itself which was recommended about 7 to 10 days or so, and the treatment should resolve the matter!
