This is an unusual review. I called the service after hiring another one and then wondering if I was maybe being charged too much and wanted to get a comparison. I ended up talking to Mike Adams for a while and he knew the competitors and he endorsed them. He was so affable and down-to-earth and honest. It was so refreshing and reassuring. He said the price that the competitor offered seemed reasonable. He explained that one of the features was unnecessarily expensive, but the companies were charged a great deal for it. I recommend them because they are so honest! Their other reviews indicate that as well. He said I can call anytime with questions. Just relieved people like this still exist!

Honestly and extremely grateful to Mike Adams. I live in Charlotte, NC, and needed to find someone trustworthy to help remove a bat from childhood home that my parents still live in. Mike responded within minutes of my text, and offered useful, honest advice about how the situation should be handled. Throughout the entire conversation, I never felt as if I was being sold, just felt like I was talking to an old friend who so happen to be knowledgeable about wildlife. Highly recommend this company! We are so grateful to Mike & his team for helping us with our bat issue! Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive to all of our questions, and honest. After assessing our situation, he told us we didn't actually need to do the work, as it seemed like our bat flew the coop (our attic) and we didn't have an on-going issue. Despite this, we decided to take precautionary measures so as not to have to possibly deal with this again. Mike's honesty was refreshing & unexpected, and he charged a very fair price for the work. Sermed (?) was very professional, friendly and did a thorough job with our problem areas. We highly recommend Adams Wildlife & wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any other issues.

I called Mike first thing in the morning after discovering there was a bat in my kitchen. He answered right away and was in my home within an hour to not only inspect, but found the bat! He took care of the entire situation by driving to have it tested at the health department and, looked at the entire house just to be safe. A chaotic and terrifying morning for me turned into a very positive learning experience all because of Mike. Highly recommend!!!!

Mike and Sermed did a fantastic job. Last year I hired another local company that did an awful job and missed a lot of spots with bats around the house. Mike was very responsive and they got the house sealed and looking fantastic. If you have bat problems, definitely hire them!

Mike was extremely responsive and came right away when I thought there was a squirrel in my attic. He inspected the whole outside of my house for holes and sealed whatever he could! I highly recommend this company!

I found Mike on Google and could not be happier with the work he did for us so I am very pleased to recommend him on Google. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. While no one wants to need these kinds of services, finding the right person to handle the problem is key. Mike distinguishes himself by explaining problems and issues and planning a solution. He sent me pictures of the problem areas and communicated with me throughout about progress. Even after the project was complete, Mike got right back to me when I asked him questions even though they were beyond the scope of the work he was hired to do. Not only did advise me about insurance coverage, he gave me invaluable advice on how to address making repairs tp the structural damage to the property caused by the critters. Never thought I would have a "Racoon Guy" but now I do. Recommend highly and without any reservations. Wish there were more people out there like Mike Adams.
