My Son’s house had a bad problem with wasps/yellow jackets coming into the house from outside. The scary part is we have a 3 month old grandson. Needed to get this problem taken care of immediately. Called a few companies, was getting no where. At 2pm, called the last company, UNIVERSAL PEST. Actually spoke to an individual. Her name is Marissa. Explained my situation. She completely understood, especially with my 3 month old grandson in the house. The technician (Norman) met me at the house @ 3:45 pm. Norman sure knows his job. I've been with Universal for a few years now and Norman has been serving my house for about the last year. Can't say enough nice things. Norman has been helpful and knowledgeable and always takes good care of me. Best part is minimal issues since I started using Universal.

Recently had wasps about a month ago - Universal and Norman came out and solved the problem with our newborn 3 month old. After fixing the wasp problem we then found we have a mice problem as well. Called Universal right away and Norman was back at my house the next day. Came and sealed all entry points + laid down traps. Very good extermination company - also signed up for their yearly maintenance so I’ll hopefully be pest free year long!
