I heard some wall scratching sound and was worried about rats or mouse. I booked for an inspection and the guy from their team was on time. He started inspection in the attic with no hesitation. The inspection went well and I am very happy that it was not rats but squirrel! When the inspection is done, I was surprised that it was a free service.
