    I had Joe from Terminix service my home, and he did an outstanding job! He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Joe’s attention to detail and knowledge made me feel confident that my home is pest-free and well-protected. I highly recommend him and Terminix for anyone in need of top-notch pest control!

    Jared at Terminix is always super friendly and professional! He does a thorough and efficient job and always keeps me well informed how he’s protecting my home. He also reminds me each time how to keep my dog safe, which I really appreciate! You can trust him to do a great job!

    In short, on 3/16 I called to schedule an appointment for Saturday the 24th and no one showed up. Called to follow up and was advised that a supervisor would call back today 5/27. No one called and the gentleman is unable to locate the request for call back or provide insight as to why no one called. He put in a second request for a call back. I will update once they call back with resolution and details on how the ball was dropped. Update: I emailed on Tuesday 6/10 and still have not heard back from anyone. I called and scheduled an appointment for today between 10 and 12. I called about 10 minutes to 12 and was told Megan cancelled my appointment but they are not sure why. This is completely unacceptable! Update 8/26: It is going on 6 months of me trying to get someone to treat my home.

    Steve is the best at what he does. I’m so grateful for him and his role in making me aware of what was going on and what to expect 🐀 🪤! This was really hard and embarrassing. It helped that he was thorough and understanding. He is well-versed and very knowledgeable at what he does. I’m yet again thankful.

    As always a thorough inspection/service with exceptional communication before, during, and after service. Lucas made sure that every step of his visit was explained in detail even via text/email. His professionalism and pride in what he does is always on display. The service itself seems to work as advertised and would recommend to anyone considering Terminix.

    This is, without question, the worst service I have ever experienced. Your inspector blatantly lied about the severity of my issue and pushed me into paying nearly $3,000 for a service I did not need. Since then, I’ve been met with nothing but silence from management—going on a full week now with zero communication despite multiple attempts on my end. To make matters worse, their operations are pure chaos. Four different technicians showed up at my property, unannounced, unscheduled, and completely out of order. The process I was promised would be followed was disregarded entirely, with tasks performed backward and nonsensically. It was like dealing with amateurs who had no idea what they were doing. This is not just incompetence; it is theft. You took thousands of dollars for a misrepresented service, then hid behind silence when challenged. The lack of accountability from your management team is appalling. Five days without so much as a return phone call is not just unprofessional—it shows cowardice and a total disregard for your customers I have been nothing but respectful to the office staff, who are not to blame here, but the leadership of this company is clearly broken. You’ve proven yourselves untrustworthy, disorganized, and unwilling to stand behind your work. I will be escalating this matter as far as necessary, and I will make sure others are warned not to make the same mistake I did by trusting your company

    BIG THANKS to Lazaro Cuéllar for his professional and his educated knowledge performing termite inspection . Not only he explained this report to me t but he went extra miles and explained to my seller and buyer agent. His actions helped me closed this deal. I will forever be thankful and highly recommend this company. They have a heart for their customers and this my friends is hard to find. Thank you Lazaro!

    It's funny (not really) that you had such an experience with Terminix. I also am having an issue with them. I have been a customer of there's for over ten years. Dry wood, subterranean, and quarterly services. Each year I have a huge dry wood termite problem and they always come out spot treat and tell us to keep the lights out in these areas! So we walk around in the dark for 2 months, still having the problem though. Now is that some dumb shit!!! Well, This year my wife and I have it. I've tried to get the termite manager to call me but have had little success. Well you see that you have to call a 1 800 number because they don't want to give out local numbers. so you call the 1800 # and they are very nice and try to help you, but they put you on hold and try to reach your branch but they can't even get through to them. So it's little wonder why you as a customer can't seem to get any help. Still waiting.
