(Terminix) who was responsible for coordination of the repair, and at this point, after multiple claims that it would be taken care of will not respond to any communication. During our monthly spraying, termites were detected. Terminix quickly and efficiently fumigated the whole house. Our rep patiently and professionally walked us through the steps we needed to take and the timeline. We were out of the house on a Monday and back in the house on Wednesday.

Termites us very professional. The inspector technician who came over, Robert Guy, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The company also gives a 30 day period that a technician will come back no charge if needed. My service was for ants and some other preventative issues.

The first part of the service was great. They sealed the access to my house up. By filling the cracks and holes, even under a door that had a crawl space under it. But the second tech had limited clearance to do the whole job. Because I was told of a state law that prevented him from using any sprays that can drip down. Even though there was nothing next to the home except bushes. The equipment in the back is at least 3-4 feet away and covered. So the only thing the technician was able to do was wipe away the spider webs. But he couldn’t use any sprays to kill or deter any pest that were up around the foundation of my house. I wish someone would have informed me how limited the service was going to be. Wiping away webs, that are up around the house that’s it. Because they can only spray the ground, really!!!
