They supposedly put bait in my apartment but could not find it anywhere and it was the same case with my neighbors. Not to mention that they left the lights on in my apartment after they were done (which seems very unprofessional). I also noticed stuff on my counter and coffee table had been knocked over and they didn't have the decency to pick it up and leave my apartment how they found it.

David is very professional about his job. I love how freindly he is and shares advices on how to get rid of the cockroach. After two visits in my apartment, there are no more cockroach to be seen.

I am all about customer service and so is Luis. He responded right away, on a Saturday, took care of the problem, ants, wasps (and pretty much everything that crawls, flies and stings), more than fair price and great advice. I will not use anyone else.

They will leave a note stating when they'll show up and then walk into your place a week early with zero warning. Absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism. Circus clowns who know how to squeeze a sprayer
