Would highly recommend getting any pest services done with this company as they are highly reliable, great communicators, and always willing to assist with any clarifications and issues one may have. I talked with Beatrice who was helpful explaining WDO/WDI reports which my company needed and walked me through every issue with recommendations that were needed to be free of infestation. I can’t thank enough to Judith who was extremely helpful in assisting any questions and concerns that I had. There were some minor miscommunications we had and Judith was absolutely amazing in assisting us with what we needed. Absolutely recommend using this company and will be looking forward to being repeat client!

Honestly my experience with this company is such a nightmare. They're great with communication but my goodness what a nightmare. I had scheduled everything ahead of time, but on the day of the fumigation, they told me that they cannot do it because the tenant isn't ready to leave the unit, (tenant's fault) and then after rescheduling, they told me they can't do it again because of some random cat under the building. all the tenant's pets have been relocated and we have no control over some random cat on the property but they didn't want to do it. i was outside of the country with different time zone and had to deal with this mess. And then they charge me extra fee after they told me that they're not going to charge me the rescheduling fee. What a nightmare! I'm still very upset with this. i'm just glad it's over. They're great with communication but so much for trying to schedule things ahead of time. I even told them i will be out of the country but they didn't take note of it.

I have new construction project and it was highly recommended that I treat the wood with Bora Care prior to Insulation and Drywall. My technician was Jesus Cozarez. He was very easy to work with and explain to me the whole process. You treated all the areas of my home with the Bora Care product. Great customer service and follow up by the home office. They even called me to come out earlier than expected.

So far so good. I'm trying to get a quote and hoping it's less than the others for better service;)

We had an issue with suspected pests and called Ronin. Jonathon Oseguera came out to assist us the same day that we called, performed a thorough inspection, diagnosed the issues honestly, and performed work to correct the problem all in one go. He was professional and efficient and very nice on top of that. Highly recommended!
