I recently had Eric from Ray’s Wildlife Assessment come out to check for squirrels in our gutters and possibly in the attic. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. Eric quickly found exactly where the squirrels were getting in under the gutter guards and explained everything clearly. I also want to mention Liz, who helped with scheduling — she was so easy to work with and very accommodating of my crazy schedule. I found a wasp nest at upper roof top at my house. Three companies wouldn’t do it because of safety issue. I saw Ray’s Pest Control trucks at Greensboro yesterday, so I called. Stacy came this morning & examined where, what, & how to tackle the job. Stacy didn’t hesitate to do the job! I was so surprised of his brave decision to climb up to the nest all the way up. He suited the bee suit quickly & went up! Treated & removed the bold faced honet nest! It is gone now! Stacy is brave, professional, & 100% effective out come maker! This was Daniel’s first time here and he did an excellent job! He called 30 minutes ahead. When he arrived on time, he asked me several pest related questions to better service our home. The cobweb removal was a nice touch and the wasp nest removal was really appreciated. Daniel was very pleasant, polite and professional. He worked really hard. His polite comment about “personal effects” in the garage was funny and accurate. I explained about our dog so he knows to call or text, rather than knocking on the door. Loved him!
