I changed my review to 1 star for the following reasons... Quell's sales approach is to solicit to new home buyers by saying they previously serviced the property with the previous owners. They promise you 1 spray at 0 cost and that you are grandfathered in because of the previous owner. I don't think this is an honest way of doing things. I can see that I'm not the only one you have used this sales approach with. I feel a trustworthy company shouldn't have to lie about things like this. As a new homeowner, I knew solicitation would be off the charts. Id like to suggest that you simply offer the 1st treatment free and set up subscription service from there without the b.s. 1 more heads up. I didn't really read the fine print, but they bill you 40/mo but they only spray quarterly. I was under the impression it was $40 for the service. This was my fault, but it could have been represented better. Update... I called Quell and told them I wanted to discontinue my service with them. I have no problem paying the $120 which is what the price is per treatment, but they billed me $160 instead of $120. Ethan said that "he cut me a deal because i should owe him $259 more since they waived the initial $299 start up fee. Let me back track to the initial sales conversation I had with Landon. He said that because I was grandfathered in, thanks to the previous residents using Quell, I didn't have to pay the $299 fee, but now that i decided i only want 1 treatment, I need to pay it. After doing research, that was a lie. The previous residents never use Quell. Shame on you! Im mad at myself for letting this company get one over on me. Now i need to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges. I was really nice about it when i called to cancel. I had no problem paying the $120 because that is what i owed for the services. You shouldn't have taken more out of my account! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! Cheers!

Before they came out he sent them texts letting them know he did not want a subscription. After telling them he did not want they showed up at his house when he was not home and serviced his property. I am not sure how it is legal to enter someone’s property after letting them know not to come. They have harassed him and told him they are sending him to collections for $405. He contacted the BBB and Quell told him they do not belong to BBB so they won’t do anything. He contacted the Arizona Attorney General. There are dozens of same reviews on multiple sites about this company. Be careful!

They used some sketchy sales tactics to get me into their service. Make sure you ask plenty of questions before you sign up and be extra thorough with everything. I just got a new build house, and he was trying to tell me that I was obligated under my housing contract to use them as they were the only ones authorize to service these new home in a new neighborhood. He used scare tactics if I did not comply. I am sure their product works as many of my neighbors reported. I just couldn't be a part of a company that was not up front and honest from the beginning. I am giving two stars because when I called to cancel the service they did so without any questions, they promptly refunded me and they were very nice on the phone.

Your Technician was on time, Very Polite and Professional. His appearance was Professional as well. He listened to my concerns and Questions and addressed each one of them. He was very articulate and knowledgeable about the type of insects/pests for this area and the proper treatment to use. I am very pleased with his demeanor and attitude. Smart Young man. Thank you.

Very pleased with Quell so far. Jagger was so thorough in explaining their product and services. They showed up the day we scheduled and gave us a heads up text to know they were in route. Callen did a mosquito repellant for us and he was excellent. We didn’t want to kill pests in general, just the mosquitos so they set us up with a mosquito only package. Very professional and punctual. Highly recommend
