Carton called about an hour in advance to notify us when he expected to arrive. He arrived on time, and proved to be a very friendly and professional representative for PURCOR. He was very kind, and listened carefully to our requests and explanation of the problems we were having. He then went about his business in a cheerful and efficient manner.
