Wilma is an awesome customer service person. Friendly, knowledgeable. One will not have second thoughts , I felt so at ease with Wilma, that in 15mins, I was signing the contract and consumer notice form. Text messaging before, after our convo yesterday was a good 5stars. Communication is the key. So impressed woth your standard operating procedures.. Period I finally met her this morning, stopped by on my way to McDonald’s by Summit and PPlank Road. Same persona on phone and in person! Day of service! Received a text from technician he was on the way. 15minutes tols. He called when he was at the door. Service!!! i was floored .. Jerry was friendly, knowledgeable and a superb technician. Never a dull moment. his work ethics is over the top!! he gave us pertinent information.. when - what . Im giving credit where credit is due. Professional Termite & Pest Control - overall A .. To be honest I did not get to shop around for prices.. So I am “not sure” is my answer regarding Price survey.. I will not hesitate to refer PTAPC for its overall perfection!!
