The technician, Lamont, treated my home again today and did a great job! He is very thorough and addresses all of my current issues and concerns. He is professional with a very kind caring demeanor. You can definitely tell he cares about his customers by his performance. I am very glad and relieved he is helping me solve my pest problems. Crystal in the administrative offices was very sweet and happy to help me set up a follow up appointment and pass along some information for me, very friendly staff member which is such a nice added bonus when calling a very busy company. Highly recommend.

Lamont was great! He does a thorough job and sticks with it, until the job is completed. There is some confusion in the back office regarding services and appointments, and a bit if a disconnect in communications with the field team, but even the back office staff is friendly and helpful.

Installed a garage door base that ensures no critters can get into my garage plus create a better seal for the cool weather ahead. They did an excellent job and I’m very pleased.

Pretty good. I’ve been a customer since August 2025. So far, I like that pointe pest will come out whenever I call with no extra fee. However, my main negatives right now are they are very quick and don’t check in with me unless I go out and talk to them, and when I asked how they monitor in between services, they told me I have to tell them how things have been… To me, it seems like the should be setting up sticky traps or something to help determine this answer.
