Service manager from the DeKalb area, Jake did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained the process and expectations. His customer service delivery was impeccable. PCC does not have a predatory contract, so, you can stop your services anytime. They have a 90 day guarantee if you purchase the quarterly maintenance plan, which I recommend. Randy is the best! We are super happy with how he explained everything that was happening, took time to answer all of our questions and gave us his game plan for our home. We had an ant problem at our home, so I decided to give Pest Control Consultants a try due to a friends recommendation. I talked with Thomas on the phone and over email and he was extremely friendly and kind. He gave me the options and was never pushy towards anything. He also always replied quickly to emails answering all my questions. I ended up having 2 treatments. My techs were Gabriel and Jake. There were both excellent! They called me to let me know they were on their way. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and extremely professional. Overall, it was a great experience. I hope I don't have anymore issues, but if I do, I will use them again!

Sophie came to the door so bright and bubbly. Her personality was great,. She had answers to all of our questions. She went above and beyond and sold us on the service. She explained the process thoroughly, and told us Travis would be here at a specific time, and we would get a call. Travis called and did exactly what we talked about. He was respectful, understood the asks since we have pets. We highly recommend PCC and these two associates. We don’t currently have a pest problem, but prevention is key!

I’ve had different technicians from Pest Control Consultants service our home before, but after experiencing Gabriel’s work, I specifically called PCC to request him again. PCC is fantastic and always does amazing work. One thing I absolutely love is their responsiveness and timeliness. If they say they’re coming, they’re coming. Highly recommend. Bob was very thorough and made sure to get the whole exterior to ensure these pests don’t find shelter in my house this winter.

Dealing with pests is never fun, but working with Pest Control Consultants made the entire experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. We had the pleasure of working with Ken for our first three treatments. He always arrived right on time (within the expected window), was friendly, informative, and incredibly efficient. Michael was very friendly and made me aware that with the wind he couldn’t do the eves on the high windows, gave me the opportunity to reschedule but I was ok with it. He also checked for mice and everything was fine inside! Very nice guy!
