Michael Jacinto is very professional. He’s knowledgeable about various pests and how to eradicate them. Michael proactively asks about what we’re seeing in and around our house, especially during season changes, so he can better protect us. We are very happy with his results. Michael is very friendly and he’s a hard worker. We’re lucky to have Michael as our technician.

I started using this service last fall and love it. The spray works well and employees are amazing. I personally have spoke with Thomas in the office and the spray tech Derik. Thomas was very kind and was a great help, thank you Thomas. Derek is my spray tech, I highly recommend requesting him. Derek does an amazing job spraying my property and is very knowledgeable. Thank you Thomas and Derek for all you do to keep the bugs away.

This is my first time using this company and I would have to say that so far I am a satisfied customer. Derek was the technician that came to our home. He was very polite and informative about what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. He took his time and made sure that he didn’t miss any areas, he even made sure to spray the tree that the boxelder bugs seem to be coming from. So far I have noticed a lot of dead bugs rather than live ones in just 24 hrs, so it seems to be helping. The process was very easy and everyone I spoke with was very polite. Thank You Derek and the rest of the crew for making this a good experience so far!!

Travis always goes above and beyond to make sure that we have everything corrected prior to him leaving. He always lets us know what time he will be arriving, he’s very kind and respectful of our things inside and outside our home, And he always checks in with us to see if there’s anything else we need prior to leaving. Randy from Pest Control Consultants has been awesome! He’s knowledgeable and thoughtful, always trying to come out as soon as he can whenever we need our house to be treated or re-treated. He’s been servicing our home for about a year now mainly for silverfish, ants, and spiders. We seldom see any pests at all anymore, so the treatments work very well! When we do see the rare silverfish, etc, we just call for a re-treatment. It’s a very easy process! Customer service is just overall fantastic! So far, we’ve been very happy with Pest Control Consultants! Highly recommended!

I would never use this company solely based on their extremely rude sales people. I’ve had two young adults (1 male 1 female) come to my house over the last 4 months to try to sell me on their service. Both were told immediately that I would not be purchasing their service, both annoyingly pushed their sales pitch and both literally talked shit to me at the end when I told them for the 4th or 5th time that I wouldn’t be purchasing anything. The girl who came today’s last words to me when I said we couldn’t afford it right now was “I have a hard time believing that”.

Don't appreciate poison being sprayed outside an open window with a fan running without some kind of prior warning. It's common decency. Pay attention when fogging an area for Christ sake.

This company is the best they sent out Derek and he was fast professional and not like others company’s I’ve been with. My last bug guy was terrible and I will forever recommend this company.
