I'm a project manager and supervisor for an electrical services company, and so I know how important it is for a business to grow with a good word to mouth and healthy reputation. It's been a few weeks since I got Pacific Pest to treat my apartment for bed bugs, and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, clear and fair on prices. I highly recommend them for future projects, take this review sincerely as I don't leave reviews usually and felt I have to leave credit when it's due. For the record the competition was offering either double the prices, or wouldn't even bother answering or coming since it wasn't close enough for them to serve. Pacific Pest stood out in all ways, couldn't ask for more:)

I would not recommend this business. They came to perform a routine fumigation for us. Throughout the process, they had a bunch of people asking redundant information over and over again. Upon finishing the job, and they ended up causing paint damage on our door and became unresponsive when we asked them to look into the damage they caused. I would avoid doing business with them.

We signed up for the reoccurring pest treatment (our home has a *ton* of bugs), and our experience has been great so far. Our initial treatment was lackluster, but Pacific Pest took the feedback extremely well, quickly sending out another person to do an additional treatment (doing a much more thorough job that time). I want to give a shoutout to Alan in particular. He's very friendly and explains everything he's doing. He works hard to make sure that he gets everything right and that you're taken care of. Rarely have I seen better customer service from a firm. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue. I had a termite problem on my property and called several termite companies for estimates including Pacific Pest Management. From the start, Inspector Sandy impressed. She was on time and conducted a detailed inspection including the crawl space under the house. Although she personally inspected the crawl space, I appreciated how she used a robot camera to show me problem spots so that I didn't have to enter it myself. The termite treatment was complicated by two factors. First, the garage had been built next to the property line on two sides so any tenting would have to go over the fence and into the neighbors' yards. Second, I wanted to move into the house as soon as possible but I didn't want to move anything in until the termite treatment was completed. Sandy's bid was a win win. It was the most reasonable and was able to meet my aggressive timelines. She even went the extra mile by offering to speak with the neighbors to help obtain their permission to go on their properties to install the tenting over the fence. Thank you Sandy and Pacific Pest Management for providing me with such great service at a reasonable price!

They’re always professional and respond quickly anytime I book last minute appointments. Fairly priced too. We’ve had issues with rodents in the attic and an ant infestation at one point (I still shiver when I think about that one). Now we have them come every other month to help keep the spiders out. A few do occasionally get in, but it’s much better than before.
