Rick was awesome! We had a HIGE bald-faced hornet nest. Rick took the time to educate us on the specific bees, the chemicals he would be using, and what we should expect after removal of the nest. Rick was extremely professional and impressively knowledgeable in his field.

Mark from NJ Pest Control came out to check out if I had a bat issue. (Luckily I don’t) But Mark was fantastic! He was early which is always nice, communication with the company was great! He went over every inch of my home, inside and out! Explained everything, showed me pictures, talked about preventive maintenance. He was so reassuring and kind. I had his estimate within hours. We had an issue with bats in our attic. John and Josh came out and worked for several hours putting up mesh, caulking the eaves and the area under our covered porch and installing tunnels so the bats can exit. He was thorough and did a great job!! I would highly recommend NJ Pest.

Rick went above and beyond explaining different ways to help my issue. He also took the time to find and fill holes which could potentially be the reason we are having higher concerns regarding the pests right now. He was very personable and respectful.
