I had hundreds of wasps/hornets in my basement and had no idea what to do. I called and was set up for a Reservice within three days. Jerome, my technician, came and found a huge nest in my basement hidden by the circuit breaker box. He sprayed, removed the nest(which turned out to be a double nest), and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Moxie and Jerome, especially for his courage in taking down the double nest.

Sales man was super nice and respectful as was the technician. Only complaint i have from the first visit would be the spray used in the interior didn’t dry clear it looked like dirty water dried on the surface. Luckily interior is not needed as much

The tech that came out was very polite and he knew what needed to be done. Liked the service that he done. He knew where the trap was out back and said that it has been checked in awhile. As always, we love the service we received from Moxie. We appreciate being notified of the window the evening before our quarterly visit and receiving update arrival times on the day of the visit. Jihad is very professional and knowledgeable. He is sure to put protective bootoes on prior to entering the house. He greets you and asks if we have any concerns he should note. We are so thankful our neighbor introduced us to Moxie!

Josh was so attentive for the service. He checked with me to see if I was having any additional bug related issues to see if he needed to adjust my service. After finding out he didn’t, he let me know that he was going to continue with the normal service. Edit: Another great experience- had Terrell T service the house recently and I told him about my bee issue in the ground. He immediately said he would take care of it so I wouldn’t have to wait until my scheduled service date. He even mentioned a follow up visit to put my mind at ease. Very happy with the service!
