Heard about these guys from my wife. We have lots of trees and bushes right along the back of our deck. And as it turns out, we also had broken sprinkler lines that would cause overnight puddling right by the deck. Even with those puddles there waa hardly a mosquito or bug in site. Id imagine without the water, thered be none. It really works well.

I signed up to have them treat not only my own home, but both of my daughters’ homes as well — all at once — and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for our family. We all have very decent-sized yards, and now we can actually enjoy them! Whether it’s the kids running around, family barbecues, or just sitting outside with a cup of tea, we’re no longer constantly swatting at mosquitoes or worried about ticks. Their team is so friendly and easy to work with. If we’ve ever needed a heavier spray, they’ve been quick to respond and always happy to help. The customer service truly goes above and beyond. It’s given me peace of mind knowing my family is protected, and I would recommend Mosquito Joe to anyone who wants to reclaim their yard and enjoy outdoor time again.

I have been a customer for mosquito control for a number of years. The service of the team and effectiveness of the product is fantastic. I just added on their pest control. I spoke with Morgan, who explained the product and services very well. Ryan came to my house and was equally friendly and efficient. The team is great and the product is too!!!

Mosquito Joe’s has been a game-changer for our yard! Their service is always prompt, friendly, and effective within a day or two of treatment, we noticed a huge drop in mosquitoes. It has made outdoor time with the kids so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend them for anyone dealing with mosquito issues.

Been using Mosquito Joe since Covid and have not looked back. Hard is bug free and enjoyable for family. The fall egg inhibitor is a great help as well. I highly recommend. We have also used the lantern bug treatment this year with much success.

We have been using Mosquito Joe for a few months and my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner! We have no nasty mosquitos in our yard and we can actually enjoy our space now! Their customer service is amazing and it is worth every penny!

BURNED AND KILLED PLANTS AND GRASS, NO DECREASE IN PESTS, SAW AN INCREASE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF SPRAYS. I know the way these companies work, and how they're going to respond to this review with some sort of false narrative, this is a Franchise under the Neighborly Home Services Franchise, and they're nothing short of incompetent. I'm a patient person, I followed what they told me, that it would take three sprays to see a decrease in pest activity, to be patient, and I was, and I'm even more disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could. I regret choosing Mosquito Joe. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The communication is atrocious, both with me and within their own team. The office staff and technicians don't seem to talk to each other, leading to multiple mishaps. The first time they came to spray, they "got confused" and didn't even spray my backyard—the whole reason I signed up in the first place. After four sprays, I saw no decrease in pest activity; in fact, the pests seemed to increase. I was told I wouldn't see a decrease unless my neighbors also sprayed, which makes their "barrier spray" completely useless. They blamed a small bucket with an inch of rainwater that was there for less than 12 hours for my pest problem, despite having done three months of sprays. The last straw was when they dumped a ton of granules in my grass and flower beds, burning and damaging my plants and killing my grass. You can see in my photos the absurd amount of granules they put down I've tried nonstop to get in contact with the manager. Initially, I was transferred to someone who promised to call me back in 15 minutes but never did. I called three times today to speak to this manager. The first two times, she wasn't available and didn't call me back. On the third call, the receptionist told me my file was handed off to a different team. Even after canceling my service almost a week ago, I received an email today stating they are scheduled to come tomorrow for another spray. This level of incompetence is unbelievable. Overall, this has been a frustrating and damaging experience. I strongly advise against using Mosquito Joe, and wish I would've asked around because everyone I've spoken to mentions having a similar experience.

I was very satisfied with their service this year. We really saw a drastic reduction in the mosquitoes after they sprayed. what I also enjoy about them is that they’re very kind and courteous and how they deal with you with excellent customer service they will reach out to you prior to their arrival. Will text you and you can even text back with any special request or special areas you want sprayed. I would recommend without hesitation.

We hadn’t used our back porch in years. Too many bugs. This year we decided to try Mosquito Joe. BEST decision we ever made. They took care of the mosquito and other bug problems. We get to go out and enjoy lunch on the porch and the grands can play in our yard. Not to mention when we open our door, no bugs get in the house. You guys are the greatest. Thanks
